Delivery Options

Please Note: All Tiers do not include any equipment repairs, reprogramming of system and or a system walk through. Please keep in mind Tier 1 is a chemical drop off only, there will not be any questions answered. Tier 2, we will be happy to answer any questions but our time will be limited. Tier 3, will allow us to answer questions in-depth and take our time discussing any issues may be dealing with. We will not be doing any repairs or physically helping the customer with any repairs. Depending on our schedule, if a repair is requested, we may be able to complete said repair while we are onsite. If not, we will schedule the repair for a later date. How to place an order:

 

Step One: Pick a date. We will be offering delivery services on the 1st, 2nd & 3rd Tuesday of every month (excluding Holidays). Please try to place orders one week in advance. Space is limited.  If date is requested and we are booked, we will inform you within 72 hours and add you to the next delivery date.

 

 

Step Two: Once you have the date in mind, please fill out the form below. Do not forget to add what you would like for us to bring out and the Tier you will be selecting. Once completed, click "Book Now".

 

 

Step Three: You will receive a conformation email or call within 48 to 72 hours. This will include your invoice. We will be able to take checks, cash or credit cards. On all credit card purchases there will be a usage charge. I am still working a payment system and my request Venmo or Zelle for first month.

Step 4: To add items or Cancellations. Once the order has been booked and the invoice has been sent, if you would like to add anything or cancel the order, please call, text or send us an email. We will have some spare chemicals, parts and tools with us. If you happen to have forgotten anything, we can add it to the order and re-invoice you at the end of the delivery day.

 

 

Step 5: Payments. Once the order has been completed, we expect a payment within 72 hours. You can pay with cash or check while we are there or you can mail us a check. For the time being, we can also take payment through Venmo or Zelle.
